Exclusive Retro Gear!

Both sets of Exclusive Retro Shoulder Pads only show up when a Full shirt is on, other than that I can't get any other combination involving them to work, just saw them for the first time 5 seconds ago.

And is there any way we can get the bracers to show up w/o equipping a chest layer?
It's kinda dumb.

    Same with the boots, weird circumstances for whether they'll work or not.

    keep in mind that we're not even supposed to officially get them until we enter a retail code, so that might be fixed by actual launch.
