Arms Crafting at lvl 100+....where should I gather?

I'm kind of stuck in crafting at this point at around lvl 115. I am unable to find the appropriate node for this level and, as a result, am not skilling up and can't produce any of the higher level items.

Any tips?

    I seemed to find a good lot of stuff for that skill level around the West Side in Millenium City.

    I've been able to hit 185 from researching drops, or old items that are being replaced by new quest rewards. Nodes do seem pretty scarce in the city but I was having luck around the clown looking gang's territory. But even with researching & the little collecting I've been able to do I have only make one R&D tier 2 item from the lack of mats.
