Power Replacers/unlockable costumes

Ok. So I've been playing since open beta and I notice little things that I think could use improvements. One big thing is the power replacers that unlock costumes. The fact that it only unlocks costumes on that specific character is kind of a bummer. Especially since some items you have to find off of a drop in order to get. Another thing, alot of none weapon users don't get much of anything cool out of it. I have a Telekinesis/Telepathy hero running around bashing up Psi goons. And what do they have that I don't, psi armor! So all I ask really is if by some chance you guys could unlock those psi armor pieces as costume pieces (especially the ones that go around the fist as weapon replacers for the ego blades). that is all. otherwise, I freaken love this game.
