Mature Heros Wanted

Im 27 years old and looking to start a Group of Superheros when I get the game early this week. I have yet to play the beta, but I know I'll be playing this game for awhile so I would like to build up a strong grp of players. I have a few ideas for names at this point.

Get at me with a message or post here if your interested.
I will usually be on most weekends, and weekdays between 4-11 est

    Will do. Im at work right now, but just came back from purchasing the game. Im looking forward to getting home in a few hours and installing, hopefully i'll be able to play tonight....Or at least get my first Char created.

    I would like to join, but I am not a role player. Plenty of MMO experience here. 57 Months of CoH/CoV membership plus other MMOs.

    How do I contact for info?

    thanks, but i have my heart set on running my own faction. If this game offeres alliances, that is a possibility... It might be something cryptic is looking into if its not available already...would be a great idea for this type of MMO.

    NP at all. I am not making it a necessity to be involved in RP, it is however more immersive for me to get into the character. So your welcome aboard, im mainly concerned with a heros group that consists of good players who will not be just another number in a guild setting. I want to keep it personal so everyone knows everyone...more of a community setting than a spam guild. its about relationship and teamwork!

    I should point out that I will be HUGE on teamwork. Forming weekly groups to search for open world events as well as PVP. Hopefully we can get a diverse grp of heros to own PVP and whatever is throw our way!

    Hey Prototype, I hope I'm not too late. I am looking for a supergroup and you can count me in. I have a lot of experience with MMOs and I tested the beta. My character name is Motion@Cptamerica44.

    Hey I was hoping i could get in on the action with your SG I have about 6 years of mmos experience and I like healing (although aggro is crazy in this game) hope its not to late to get a spot. ingame is @iN01

    what the heck i'll give it a shot. a couple question.

    I've gone completely MPD on this game. all 8 slots are done and I've been playing them all (everyones around 10 right now) so if I was to continue my MPD would that be ok? Maybe I just haven't settled in on someone yet <shrug>.

    I'm also wondering what your plan is for teamwork? a particular day(s) of the week or just organic.

    My profile is 35, married, 2 kids (1.5 and 5), start the day @ 6:40, kids go to bed at 8:30. For some reason my wife still likes to hang out with me so my play time comes in little spurts. I could maybe handle one big chunk a week.

    I like to roleplay up to chatting. I can't handle chatting 'in character' but all my toons are themed and I would tie powers to /local macro's and emotes if I could. I don't goof off much when I play because of my limited play time. So i'm definately a do'er and don't like to idle at all.

    I would like to join the team, I'm all for mature players only but i have no intentions of Roleplaying. What is the stance of the supergroup on something like this?

    RP is not essential. It is fun once and a while to get into character, but im not hardcore on RP. Its about teamwork interaction having a good time and getting things done. i'll send you a message shortly.

    I do not, is there a cost involved in running a vent channel? That could be something to look into. If theres no cost in maintaining a vent channel then I dont see why it cant be implemented. Something to look into for sure.

    Darkstart host Vent for a 35 man or about $99.00 a year, if you get folks to pitch in it help. I have a Vent channel that is not being use atm from a disbanded guild in LotRO, PM me I can let you use it for awhile if need be.
