Enhancments?

Ok I've searched all over my development tab for the enhancments I've learned. I simply can not find them. Nor have I seen them take any effect to my stats. I learned the one to increase my max health, but my health has not gone up at all. So can someone please tell me what I'm missing and where are these enhancments I've learned so I can put them to use.

Edit: Don't mind me I'm blind as a bat.

I found them, they are listed under Ordnance for arms as a secondary defense item that you can create and choose a few options on it.

    Enhancements only come into play with the: build your own item, recipes.

    You get to pick a minor stat and depending on the recipe you can pick a major stat.
    You can then tinker around with the quality, and you can end up with an item that's a whole lot better than the quest rewards or drops, depending upon your build and superstats.

    What Skillvl you need for the 1st "Build your own" Items, Iam at 240 Sience and nothing.

    They start around 200. There in there, you have to look for them. At 300 I can make a +55 int item if I wanted, or a mix and match of a ton of different things.

    where do we learn enhancements? I've been to every trainer I know of and found nothing. I have a ton of items that require enhancements and nothing to put into them.

    Enhancements are the last tab at the trainer, you have to use the arrows at the top right to get to them.

    Anyone found an enhancement that gives the +50% to holds and roots? I can't find it in the science tree.

    There's one for +50% knockback, knockup and repulsion resistance, which is nice but I need hold protection more.

    It might be some rare drop or hidden quest, but I'll keep looking till I find it. Two break free powers and nano swarm isn't enough, I hate being held!
