Massive lag after patch

Ok i dont complain much but i also dont pay $200 for a game often either . Ever since i logged in after this patch the lag has been so bad the game has become unplayable.
I understand that load on the servers can be an issue but this is just downright stupid . I can play any of my other games and have no lag what-so-ever .
Therefor that leads me to believe that its this game and the lastest patch .
I have done everything i know to do on my end and nothing helps.
