Don't Have permission to view the launcher ...

Even though I have all my info typed in I only get the message " You Do Not Have Permissions To View The Launcher ". I have logged in multiple times since head start but since 9 PM PDT I just continuously receive the message I listed. I do have an account and I was wondering if anyone else was getting this. Sorry if someone else had posted this I looked for a while and just couldn't find it already posted. Any help would be appreciated as I would love to play the game tonight.
