Do not have permission to view launcher

Okay, my account says I have Game Stop pre-order, which I do, and I played fine yesterday. Today when i try to log in the login screen tells me "You do not have permission to view the launcher".

Anyone else with this problem? it's 12:43 AM EST and shouldn't be during the planned server maintenance.

    same problem here, 12:50 EST. and i was playing at 10pm.


    EDIT: magically works at 12:56 am EST

    Seems to have worked itself out for me for the moment.
