Flood of items posted for absurd prices exarcebates this issue. These people only hope is someone misclicking. Sadly, that is a realistic possibility considering there are no confirm dialogs and that the high price items are mixed in with the others.
"Affects these powers" items should tell the buyer what of their powers are effected.
It's nice that the auction house mails you when you sell things, but it is becoming spammy. Especially since you have to go through a confirm dialog to kill the auction mail, and especially since your forum/game PMs are unified
The basic functionality is sound and smooth though. So kudos.
Market Flaw:
No one has any money to buy crafter's goods with.
Mostly because a large amount of people put stuff up for prices that would be more apropriate if we gained 1000 times as many resources as we do from missions.
Some people do seem to understand the current money flow and price their stuff accordingly.
For the most part, I've been posting items at 2x the listed vendor price or thereabouts, sometimes higher for the green and blue items, I think its fair and I'd hope most people are actually taking the vendor price into account.
Otherwise, one thing I wanted to point out about the market is the difficulty in locating power replacers on the market as well. There are so many, and the names are very unique so its next to impossible to find exactly what you may be looking for. There should be some sort of filter to help you choose what type of replacer, either by power-type like claws, dual blades etc, or by effect, like ice, electricity, fire etc... Perhaps they should even be given their own category on the market so people can find regular Primary Offensive items without looking at a bunch of power replacers their character probably won't use.
Speaking of filters, one of the ways I've been able to increase my crafting skill was to buy cheaper items off the market and then research them, however this has become a chore in itself having to wade through hundreds of items looking for mysticism items that may be available. There should be a filter for the item origins as well.
Lastly, how about a sort-by-enhancement? Like I'd like to see any Primary Offensive items available that have +Dex and/or +End. Again filters are our friend!
Sorting by names/item type/level/quality alone is very inconvenient and doesn't help us find exactly what we may be looking for among the piles of items that people have posted already.
P.S. One other gripe: The inability to hit "enter" after typing in a name for the market search function. Sometimes, I just don't want to click.
the main thing i would like added is what has sold and for what price. In Cox i was a highly sucessful marketeer, making 10-20 billion infamy over my year or so marketeering. You just cant make any money off of the market if you dont know what is selling and for how much. that more then anything would help players control prices based upon supply and demand....

Even on something like Primary Offense - if you say level range 15-15 it still comes up with more than 100 items, and truncates.
Also things like bags - it seems to have no sorting mechanism. Cannot get the stupid 4 slotters out of the way to look for 10 slotters.
AHing is frustrating as all hell for sure.

And I was annoyed by the auction mails in CB & OB as well.
