Disconnects during map loading...

When loading from an instance back into Millennium City, I get "Server Not Responding" in red at the top of the loading screen and the loading screen hangs to the point of having to CTRL+ALT+DEL out of the game.

I verified all of the files, everything checked out okay, restarted my computer, and now resetting the router. If resetting the router doesn't fix this, has anyone else encountered this problem or can anyone direct me to a possible solution?

Any help is appreciated. Will check in if resetting the router fixes the problem.

    Reset my router, seemed all was okay. Went to create another character and got the same hang while loading into the tutorial map. Giving it a couple of minutes while I type this message.

    The loading bar always seems to hang around the 90% mark. That's where it's hanging currently.

    Played for about an hour and a half, no problems--thought it might have something to do with my internet connection from peak times, but the problem occured again while loading from the Canada Crisis to the Power House.

    Once again, the Server Not Responding and forced disconnect ONLY happens on the loading screen during instance switching.
