Keybindings Not Working after Minimizing?

After I minimize CO and bring it back up to continue my normal game play. The game tends to "ignore" my keybindings. (1, 2, 6, etc)
Now, its not ALL keybindings, just the numbered ones. Shift to Block and T for my Travel power still work fine.
Alt-tabbing it back down and up usually fixes it, but its rather annoying sometimes.
