General

* Purchasable perk pets now bind on pickup.
* Removed powers trainer functionality from crime computer.

Lame. I think being able t train up from the crime computer is an awesome feature...even if it wasn't intended...Running to the powerhouse gets annoying.

    And what happened to the rest of the patch notes? Or is that it?

    That's all I saw posted.

    As for the power training, it was a bug. It's been fixed. Frankly, running to the power house isn't that big a deal, and gives you the opportunity to change your mind if you decide that it isn't working out for you.

    I'm not really seeing a big problem here.
