I seemed to notice this bug when using the powers on 2 different chars for the powers of gunslinger and clobber. I have a char with gunslinger rank 3 and clobber rank 2. Now what happens is that it will display when i am out of combat that i have rank 2 or 3 and display the damage for that rank. As soon as i go into combat it will go down to rank 1 of that power and only do damage for that specific rank. Has anyone else notice this or seen this
