Lag in instance

I'm only encountering lag in the instance (lair) area of the game. In the open map area everything seems fine. However once I zone into a mission instance, i keep recieving the msg server not responding and the game becomes unplayable.

I have tried lowing the graphic settings but it doesn't help. Is there anything I can do to solve it?
