Lifetime Account

I tried to sign up for a lifetime subscription, but I live in Washington DC and there is no state listed for DC in the Credit Card info. Has anyone else had this problem?

    I do not live in Washington D.C. but I would create a support ticket and see if they can help you. If that doesn’t work, call support Monday.

    I have had to call them and so far I have had great results calling their billing support.
