Connecting to the account server problem

Is anyone having problems with connecting to the account server? I can connect to this fourm and other games with no issue, but this one seems to hang on the connecting to account server. Perhaps the Intel 286 they are using to control accounts should be upgraded to a P4 or greater. Anyway, I thought I would see if others are receiving the same problem or connection time out issue.
