Item links in chat no longer work

You can link an item in chat, but the link no longer does anything. You can't mouse over it or click it in any way to see the stats of the item. All you see is the name inc hat with the brackets like you used to, but you can't see the stats like you used to.

Its absolutely USELESS to link an item if you can't see what it is
