Travel Powers Stalling randomly

Some travel powers lose their "stacks" randomly out of combat like they were in combat. An example would be super jumping around a base with no enemies in sight in the middle of your highest jump, then it goes down to "stack 1" and when you hit the ground it takes away 70% of your life and you have no more forward momentum.

From what I've heard so far is its mostly for super jump and flights its happening to. But whats weird is that once it happens to you, it STAYS with you. No amount of logging in/out, closing the game, trying to respec it out and back can change it. The bug will forever be with you. So after it happens whenever you're trying to fly/superjump anywhere it will constantly randomly go up and down in its "stacks" in or out of combat, and you cant get rid of it.

From then on out trying to get anywhere especially with super jump gets infuriating. Just trying to get from one place to another you will get only a few seconds of "top speed" then it goes back to the first "stack" of slightly high up and down jumping, but no forward speed. Few seconds later it starts going back up and then only half the time ever makes it back to top speed before going back down to slowest.

Again this is tested both in and out of combat or anything that could affect it.

Of course right when I post this I find out what could be the cause. Which makes sense because it was the same thing that could of caused it before.

When using Duel weild (this could happen to others i dont know of) You can get primary offensives that change your weapons. Using any of the duel weild fire weapons replacers after you swing your swords once, leaves a trail of smoke behind you untill you zone. For some reason this kicks you in/out of combat or at least messes with your travel power.

I just got done testing and it seems to be the case, So if anyone else has this problem try looking at any devices that have "Enhances certain powers"

I found yesterday that flight was slowing down a little bit for no apparent reason. I logged out for about half an hour at one point though, which seemed to fix it.

This issue is very noticeable using Acrobatics.
