Default costume pieces missing?

So after downloading CO on a second PC and playing around a bit, it seems as though a lot of the default (not unlockable) costume pieces aren't available in character creation on this second PC even though I distinctly remember using them on the first PC.

I could go back to the first PC and find the ones in question and make a list of their names if that'd help, but is this a common problem or does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? It's not an annoying enough problem yet to make me try a full reinstall.

    I'm trying to create another character but where in the beta I had lots of parts to choose from in the character builder, in live I don't.

    So I can't change the belt and have no option to choose capes or wings from anywhere that I can see.

    I know I could in the beta as my hero had a cape. Trying to create the same character in live though and I can't.

    Anyone else had this same problem?
