Smoke and things that resemble smoke look all pixelated.

Smoke, the effect on your back when you're flying with Fire Flight, the fog like stuff off the goop in the desert by the big warhead all look pixelated. This wasn't always so, happened a couple patches back. Anyone else getting this problem?
