Any, Magic or Watcher of Earth RP Groups?

What i'm looking for is a Super Group for Magicians of different kinds, or similiar, or some kind of super group that "watches" over the rest of the World\Earth, kind of like the watchers in Highlander that makes sure they follow the rules.

Preferebly EU based, but no priority.
