so i wake up and still no answer to my ticket

and still i am unable to enter the headstart program that i have paid for!!!! (remember that crypitic) so lets see what today brings.... I have an invalid key code from game.co.uk, or it says its in use....but what ever it dont work thats for sure :)

There will be no reply from game on bank holiday weekend, but cryptic are here and are working or at least should be trying to fix this mess.

Dont send us back to the retailler when you know we wont be able to get an answer in time for launch.

If this is not resolved by later today then my game will be cancelled along with my lifetime subs, as this looks like a very bad start for customer relations!

Help me.... help you Cryptic, im not asking the earth, i just want a working pre-order code..... you have changed other peoples but are ignoring me and alot of others...........

soooo heres hoping for a 2 day headstart.....maybe...

    I would add like on the other thread, that from Gamestop point of view, it's to Cryptic to work this out.

    And if there is any proper service customer hear this : I don't give anything about the problem you have between you (cryptic) and gamestop, I am a customer and I expect you to sort this matter out with the retailer you chose for the headstart promotion !

    Yep, still same problem here, just woke up, still no ticket responce and still no email from Game. What they ment to offer us was a three day late start.

    and i still cant get the game to launch when i click on the launcher even after i have paid for the game, CRYPTIC STEP UP YOU COWARDS!!!!
