Qulaar Pistol Tool Tip Bugged

The Qulaar pistol gives a tool tip that fills the entire screen, all with green text and it's not really clear what the pistol does.

    There are a few pistols that can be crafted under the science branch that do the same thing. (Name of it eludes me atm)

    Right they have been working through Beta on those Text overlaps.. When it has that much green on the screen its usually a good thing in terms of having a lot of Stat Buffs.. Damage and range improvements.

    I had a Qulaar Gatling Pistol that boosted piercing Damage 218 problem with alot of these special items is
    you can't unlock all the features until you reach a certain level..

    IT's great to have DEX CON + from gear like the Q use.. and the other goodies.. The Sticky Grenades work great when you are fighting Bosses in hallways. then the Mines for crowd control and the Seeds for a Firefly bug to harass your enemy with.. at lower levels you get xp and Hero star pluses for taking on higher level opponents. and this gear helps..
