Electric Arcs Dealing No Damage

Ok, so what I've been noticing with an Electric build, is that normally when a power hits and arcs over to another enemy, it does damage to the additional enemy like it's supposed to.

However, if the attack kills the target and arcs to another enemy at the same time, the arc deals no damage to the second enemy. Acting as if the attack were canceled or didn't arc, even though it did arc.

    Ive noticed that, also the electric energy builder seems to be very weak compared to other energy builders that ive seen since building my new hero last night.

    Noticed this myself, quite intrested in seeing it fixed, as while i dont use eletricty, watching it arc around is just tons of vicarius fun!
