Are these two power NOT supposed to work together, or is this a bug? Anyone know?

From my experience during the end of beta event, you cannot have two travel powers active simultaneously. Activating one shuts off the other. However, you can charge up one while the other is active and transition to the newly activated power at full speed (provided said power can be charged in that manner) which is great for transitioning from Acrobatics to Superspeed or Tunneling to Earth Flight.

Mighty Leap isn't a travel power, it's a ranged attack in the Might set. It launches you towards your target from a distance so you can use your melee attacks.

It works great when you're on the ground, but with Flight on you swing and hit, but you either don't move or move forward very little.

I can work around it by quickly turning off Flight and then activating Mighty Leap, but it's cumbersome. It *seems* like this would be bug, but I don't know.

Ah yes, sorry, I was of course thinking of the leaping travel ability, completely forgetting the Might attack. I recall your concern being brought up in beta, but I don't know that it was ever addressed by the powers that be. If they're not supposed to work together, there should at least be *some* sort of bull rush type attack compatible with flight, IMO.

Yeah, I did post about it in the beta, but I don't think there was a single response. I mean, i can't be the only one who uses Flight and Mighty Leap.
