XBOX 360 controller bug

I use my wired XBOX 360 controller to play. I noticed when you kill multiple enemies, and they leave multiple drops, you cannot access the "take items". When I press up on the d-pad it highlights the top "take items" tab but it won't open the pop up window so that I may actually receive the item. Anyone else have this issue?

    until they figure out how to fix it, you can use this workaround:

    1 highlight the selection you want using the d-pad (up and down)
    2 move the right analog stick in any direction (camera control) and press up on the d-pad

    this should "choose" the selection you've highlighted.

    I was having this problem when there are multiple things to choose from, I couldn't use A to select a choice. It seems odd that you can still press B to cancel out. Thanks for the tip, I'll try it out.

    I get this issue... Although only for Quest givers, objects to pick up work okay as far as I know.
    I press up and down on the D-pad to scroll through the items, and when I'm on the item I want to interact with I press Right on D-pad and this works for me... seems a little temperamental though.

    It stills seems as though you should be able to press A though, pressing right on the pad or moving the right stick is a bit counter intuitive.

    I noticed this as well, I will try the right stick trick mentioned above.
