head-start problem(with best buy)

I just called best buy asking where my head start code was because I didn't have one in my e-mail and they said it was shipping with the game. What the hell is the point in that..is there any way to get this fixed so I can play this weekend when I have some free time?..

    Hey buddy, I had the same problem with Best Buy. And Gamestop. None of them came through for me.

    I had to cancel them. I ended up buying the game from this tiny online operation in the UK (I live in the States). Pretty retarded, eh?

    VERY retarded. I had to get my key from File Planet, never buying software at Best Buy again.

    I got the physical preorder box from best buy off the shelf, code included.

    That doesn't work either.
