Billing FAQ Misrepresentation

According to the Billing FAQ
"Question: When will I be charged for my subscription?
Answer: You will be charged for your subscription 30 days after your have registered your Game Key. Once your subscription has been activated you will be sent a confirmation and allowed access to Champions Online."

So, I'm thinking ok, so I get this 6 month subscription, I get past the jacked up D2D not being in the Headstart, and can start playing, bonus being that I don't have to drop the coin for 30 days cause the FAQ says Subscriptions aren't billed till 30 Days after the Game Key is registered...

Not so fast there cowboy, I paid (subscription fees are no-refundable, of course) and boom the whole 6 month subscription taken from my bank within seconds... I want the 30 days before I'm billed.

    I've been trying to get mine and have authorizations on my card but have not gotten any confirmation..

    My bank shows all pending transactions... and it's there, this is jacked up beyond comprehension

    Still nothing on the ticket...

    Really is noone working longer hours for release weekend?
