Buttons vibrate

The text and or the buttons themselves on screens anywhere in the game vibrate quickly, the text wiggles. Anyone else getting that?

    anything else do that? it sounds like you've got a bad monitor cable

    Nope. Just buttons in this game. Could heat cause it? As in the PC case? I don't see that effect anywhere else.

    absolutely i notice it a lot on my second monitor right before my laptop shuts down because of over heating -_- but i don't think that heat is it, could be but doesn't sound like it
