Is anyone taking care of Subscription issues?
There are a few people (myself included) who have reported problems signing up for the limited time subscriptions in the following thread:

I opened a ticket about my issue earlier today and there has not been any response, not even a short acknowledgement message. Another person in the above thread has also opened a ticket and is awaiting an answer. The third person who posted a problem in the above thread can't seem to get a 6 month sub because another issue. Would someone please take care of these problems? I tried calling the support line but they are only open Monday - Friday from 08:00 - 17:00 PST.

That's good to know. Did you call the number listed on the support page? If not which number did you call? Keep us posted on your progress!
Geez I hope they don't do that.. the charge is on your account and time stamped for the day that you purchased the sub. If the issue is not resolved by the 1st they better still give you the sub man! I'd screen shot the tran history just so you have something in case nothing happens.
