Subscription issues

Is anyone taking care of Subscription issues?

There are a few people (myself included) who have reported problems signing up for the limited time subscriptions in the following thread:

I opened a ticket about my issue earlier today and there has not been any response, not even a short acknowledgement message. Another person in the above thread has also opened a ticket and is awaiting an answer. The third person who posted a problem in the above thread can't seem to get a 6 month sub because another issue. Would someone please take care of these problems? I tried calling the support line but they are only open Monday - Friday from 08:00 - 17:00 PST.

    I talked to the support line tonight and they said they are open tomorrow. I am also having sub probs. I paid for lifetime but my game account does NOT show it and i can not use the art deco costum pieces because the game doesn't see me as a Lifetime sub. They are actually suppose to call me tomorrow to tell me what they came up with cause they are having problems Adding the lifetime to my account or so i was told who knows.

    That's good to know. Did you call the number listed on the support page? If not which number did you call? Keep us posted on your progress!

    number on the support page for billing support. i talked to a lea or leah anyway she said they would call me back at home tomorrow when they figured out whats going on.

    Got a response to my ticket. The $1 auths are going to be dropped on their respective expiration dates. This means that if you do not have a charge for the subscription amount ($199 or $59) your purchase has not gone through. My attempts yesterday did not work but the attempt this morning did work so if you didn't get charged last night try it again and hopefully it will work. Hope this helps.. good luck!

    I didnt have problems with it going through in fact they admit to having recieved the funds just for some reason my account has not been updated with the lifetime sub. they were suppose to call me today and never did and still no lifetime sub. Only concern is that sept 1 rolls around and they say they can no longer add it and can only refund my money thatll upset me pretty bad.

    Geez I hope they don't do that.. the charge is on your account and time stamped for the day that you purchased the sub. If the issue is not resolved by the 1st they better still give you the sub man! I'd screen shot the tran history just so you have something in case nothing happens.
