did not get my preorder Costume and beta end event actionfigure

I loged in today to do the early start but i have no Costume items from gamestop preorder and on top of that i did nor get anything for killing the big robots for the endbeta even and i killed like 15 of them lol Please help me get my stuff. Thank you :)

    You need a retail key for it to activate fully.

    I haven't received my retail key yet, but I received my Mini-Mega Destroid...
    Odd thing is, my GF didn't get hers...

    I think the difference may be that I have a pre-order key (not the same as the retail key) and she doesn't (we both have lifetime sub though)

    preorder costume pieces should be able to be found in the 'unlocked' costume pieces tab on the far right in costume creation. If i remember right ithe tab looks like a treasure box
