how to fix the No shards found you have 1 permissions paired issue.

You will need to reenter your key from the link on the home page. At which point it'll ask you if you want to join the 6 month or lifetime subs. If you don't want/ can't afford one you have to decline it and this is where it gets tricky, at least for me. The check boxes were not showing up on the page. After looking at the source and seeing they were supposed to be there I just clicked where they should be and blam the appeared.

If you want either option click beside the beginning sentence of each offer, if you don't want it scoll to the bottom of the special offer box and where is says no thanks click right underneath it and it will appear. After I did that and hit submit it worked.

    this doesnt work if your code is already active (or so it says) i cnt use the code i got an long story short this doesnt work for me and i know it wont work for alot of people

    Same here, pre-ordered via Amazon which does not early access. This process is very much like the publisher's name! Cryptic

    This product key is already active, it cannot be used again.

    Yeah, I'm also having the same problem. It says that my key is already registered.

    The Beta Key. The beta key that gamestop gave away flags the account for head start, the product key...you should have until you have the discs I'd imagine unless they emailed it to you on line. I think the retail or disc key only unlocks the flying power, extra cryptic bucks and the super duper awesome instect air foil.

    I pre-ordered at the store and received a card with the beta key, I am do not know how they were given if you ordered online, though I assume by email.

    I got the card too- but it say's it's invalid bc it has already been used.

    This is such BS! I am about to cancel my preorder and screw it, cancel all plans for champions online completely.

    I want this FIXED! This is ridiculous!

    Gamestop told me to get help from Cryptic.
    Cryptic told me to goto Gamestop
    Gamestop told me to goto Cryptic.

    They're making me go in a LOOP!!!!!!!!!!!

    I think the problem is that we have not selected a billing method. Which once you have activated it without doing so, you can't go back, and your screwed. Cryptic has dropped the ball. Horrible way to start... :mad:

    I have solved the problem i was having with the PRODUCT ALREADY ACTIVATED MESSAGE.

    The way i solved it is i found 2 different product keys by sifting through my e-mail. One from CO and one from gamestop, Who i pre ordered it from digitally online. Use the key that you got from the retailer, not CO

    Fixed the problem for me. I guess I didn't select the little checkbox, non of the above the first time. Doh.

    I checked the tech support and it's the first FAQ that they have, and basically you get to make a tech support ticket for them to fix it. I'm not all that ****ed but I think they need to make a homepage/launcher announcement because I think the problem's pretty widespread.
