Hide UI Mode - allow some things to still be seen.

SUch as target reticles, floating health bars.

I love a minimal UI and would play with the UI hidden more often if some of the more pertinent info was still visible.

    I hid the ui yesterday (it really helps with FPS) but i couldnt get it back on again without killing CO with the task manager and reopening it...
