360 controller left joystick sensitivity?

Don't know if its just my controller but its seems that holding all the way up on the left joystick on the controller doesn't give me full run speed i seem to run at a medium jog to fast walk all the time with the left joystick up. Compared to me pushing the "W" key on my keyboard to gain full run speed. It's very noticeable in super speed. And it only seems to be the going forward side to side and back work perfectly just moving forward seems slower. If anyone else is having this problem please reply. Just so i can at least return the controller and hope i get a good one.

    you might try calibrating your controller in your windows control panel and see if that helps.
