ive posted in some of the other threads about this, but wanted to make sure that all of you who have keys that do not work or state that they are already active, please ticket cryptic under "Billing" making sure that you have HEADSTART in yout ticket title.
Im not sure that you will get an answer, but you sure as heck wont get a new headstart key from your retailer in time for launch so this is your best option.
You are not alone..... there are ALOT of frustrated gamers out there in the same boat as you, so please hold tight and lets hope they answer them soon and get us into the game.
I've already did this, i contacted support late last night and got a response earlier today.

Thats it, ive had it. Still no resolution, Tickets, Support emails all ignored. Pre order canceled, They can forget the life time sub. This is not worth the hassle.
If this is what we can expect before the game is even running, its going to fall on its face.

Agree with you, very disapointed about all this.
