I'm doing a quest wher i have to create a tallisman in Canada. I have all the ingredient but still I cannont Press "Create"

    Did you use the item in your inventory to learn the recipe?

    Otherwise, sounds like a bug maybe.

    are you near a workbench (or whatever it is called in english :p) of your crafting spec ?

    yes I've learned it with the item in my inventory
