I have put a ticket as told by Coderanger regarding this problem since it prevents me from logging for the headstart but it seems no one is responding to it. I have put "headstart" in the title :(

    I have exactly the same problem - it reports that my headstart code has already been activated and cannot be used again, when I haven't used it :(

    Really need some help with this.

    From what I understood you need to open a ticket about this. But since I have done it, I have got no answer back... been around 2 hours and half....

    And since I can't get in the headstart, it's kinda frustrating me a lot :p

    Same, started another thread about this arleady. Im just wondering if the GM's know that alot of people have been given duff keys.

    This is worse than when AoC launched.....

    And thats saying something.

    This is very bad. I am ready to give them all the info they need to see that I have actually pre-ordered the game in Gamestop with their special offer about the headstart, but they aren't responding to the ticket....

    And that problem is known since already few days if not at least 1 week.... :(

    exactly the same thing here, i bought mine from Game in he UK and they sent out an email earlier today stating there might be problems activating the codes till later tonight..... well its later and still no luck, but my issue is why the heck is the code showing thats its already been used?

    I also have ticketed with the "Headstart" in the title, the reason why no one has asnwered it is probably because this is a total mess and they physically cannot cope with so many people having problems.

    All in all not good, heres hoping they get there fingures out as this really is not acceptable.

    I am really ****ed now. 5 hours the headstart began and I still can't login cause they messed up with the keys and Gamestop.

    In gamestop mail :
    f, after following these steps you are still having problems, please contact the Cryptic Support team at www.champions-online.com/support

    Well I have done so on forums here and with a ticket and still no solution on this problem. Can I have a confirmation this will be fixed by tomorrow morning ? (CET)

    I didn't chose gamestop by chance but because they were selling it with that offer. I won't call that rip off cause I can understand that technical issues can happen. But it's how fast the solution is given to the customers that make it bad or good.

    I hope we'll get news very fast. We had Coderanger starting to answer some posts before the "reset" of the forums and since then, not a word :(

    I hear around that we need to buy the 6 months subscription to be able and get our pre-order key to work and get in game for headstart ?! Do you think Cryptic that it's a good way to sell ?? I can't afford to pay for the 6 months now !!!!!! And I have no choice !!!

    I have a code for the headstart ! I have put a ticket yesterday ! No answer from you and I still can't get in game !!!

    kala...idk if you have tried paying for a 6 month sub...but you may find that you cnt coz your bank card is also not working.......magic huh

    I put in a ticket on the 13th when a glitch made the system 'accept' my code with no account logged in (It had saved me previously, so I assumed the reason I had a prompt for my code was it remembered me)...and it's today. they said they;d contact me when they had a solution. that was the 14th. I sent another email, if they don't fix this *SOON* I am just canceling my order, $5 restocking fee or no. If tech support is like this now, I don't even wanna know what it will be like when the game is *LIVE*.
