Looking for mature, high level PVE / PVP EU supergroup

Looking for a supergroup with the characteristics in the subject line.
EU: because I will be usually online between 20:00-24:00 Common European Time, and it doesn't make sense to be in a group with people always playing when you're not online.
Mature, high level PVE / PVP: it means I'd like to play together with a group of people intent on playing the game at high skill levels without being a******s about it. I'm way too old for epeen stroking, but the fact I try to be accomodating doesn't mean I particularly like the idea of dragging along someone with no clue whatsoever of what a slotted passive is and why he should get one.
I'm mainly PVE inclined and not THAT fond of PVP usually, but I liked a lot what little of it I tried in the open beta so I might actually end up PVPing more then I was expecting.
Commitment level: I should be able to login regularly, let's say 2 or 3 times a week on average. Barring RL vagaries, of course (pesky RL!).

We are a historic group of fighters that believe in having fun in PVE and PVP.
We are a very loosely formed role playing group thats more interested in having a good time then having to stick to role playing guidelines.
Since we are Spartans from the Past, Present and Future its possible to be any kind of hero that you want to be.

We have our own website with forums and some type of teamspeak lined up for our members are interested in using it.
We also have been on the front page of the Superteam Section for months now so we are very easy to find.
is an european sg, who focus on fun/socialaty, and pvp/pve,
we have ventrilo, and will get a forum as fast as possible.

Going to keep this thread pretty cut and dry. Aftermath was started out of necessity during Closed Beta to get the players who loved PvP organized and playing together.
We are a tight knit group of about 30+ Champions who enjoy the PvP aspect of the game and are looking for more players who enjoy:
-PvPing as a group
-Using Ventrilo
-Playing the Crowd Control/Healer/Offensive role
-Talking strategy/builds
-Having a say on how the Super Group works
We are looking for people who are open minded, like to get their ideas out in the open and overall are here to enjoy Champions Online with like minded players.
