Looking for a heavy RP themed supergroup

Hi Im looking for a heavy roleplay group (only coming out of roleplay in the planning of events or to help others - and then even trying to stay in character)

Theme would also be nice; A super-powered school like X-men, a group of legendary solo heroes like the JL, or even a group that shares an origin (fantastic four).

If you run a group like this please toss me a PM and give me a bit of info (including what server you plan to play on - or at least tell me that within a short while of launch if you dont know)

Im a graduate student in the US. Most of my play time will be during the day (or some evenings) once school starts. But I'm pretty flexible.

    Hey mate, my inbox is broken at the moment (they're still shuffling the beta forums over so I can't send pms right now, or read them).

    There are some really nice groups shaping up at the CORP at the moment (check my sig). The IFL, the Zeta, my Pack if you'd like something theme-based...the list goes on. And we've got a pretty hefty rp community starting over there, so give it a look.

    Also, note: there are no "servers" per se; the system is a bit different, but it's easy to find your mates and join them.

    How is it being done if not with servers?
    Is it heavily instanced?
    If so are there a lot of Hubs to meet new people?

    I'm still bound by the NDA so there's not a whole lot I can say but I'll try and be brief;

    Yes, instances - you can find your friends, no problem.

    Hubs exist, some created by devs that work out that way, some you could possibly just claim if you like as they're "easter egg" spots but you need to explore to find them.

    It does make meeting people a bit difficult having the rp community so potentially divided, which is why the CORP exists to try and get folks who want to be on the same page. There's also an ingame channel for rpers to try and meet up together.

    It's all about networking, really. Do a search through the morass of people trying to prove their points on forums, and you'll probably find a fair few answers to queries.
