An acronym for Celestial Order and Sanctuary for Multifarious Offworlders and Supporters, this group was created primarily to give those beings who are living on a foreign planet (in this case, Earth) a place to belong with others like them, as well as to act as diplomatic representatives of their worlds by giving aid to the natives of their current planetary residence. Supportive natives are also most welcome to join.
A long-time MMO player coming from days of EQ, CoH pre-CoV, WoW and more, I've decided to try my hand
at starting up a group of my own. The concept of a sanctuary for extraterrestrials and their human supporters I came up with in order to make membership open to anyone, while still giving the group a specific focus and reason for existing in RP terms. I have no plans to make it an RP group, but if roleplay happens, that's excellent.
Humans in particular will have the ability to join a "special ops" division as Envoys (all ranks in the group are diplomatic ranks) and will feature a kind of Men In Black / Matrix theme and structure focusing on completing their missions in anonymity.
Members who would rather just play without that theme will also be able to do so, of course.
The rules are simple and center around maturity and respect for self and others.
Plenty of opportunity exists for members (Ministers) to be promoted to officers (Ambassadors).
