Generic 'looking for supergroup' thread

Hello everybody.
I've been lurking around here for quite a while, and recently decided to sign myself up. I'm not one for huge forum participation, hence why none of you have probably even seen my name around.
However, since the open beta client is currently winging its way to my hdd ready for Monday, I figured it might be a good idea to offer myself up to joining a like minded group of people to make the game more fun.
There's not a lot really to say about myself. I'm of the older bracket, though I'll save that exact figure for those that might accept me into their fold. I've played games in various iterations for a long long time, though I think that's fairly irrelevant.
I'm not a stranger to MMOs, and most enjoy group PVE. My intention with Champions is to firstly create a healing and support based character. Everyone classically needs 1 of those right? Whether that's really the case overall in Champions, I as yet have no idea, but I'm hedging my bets that even though this game is not class based, it can't hurt to have someone in a group that has that speciality.
I have to be honest and say I'm not really into such guilds as those that concentrate on pwning and destroying anyone they come across. I'm more of a helpful kind of guy (once I know enough material to be helpful) and so I guess what I'm saying is I'm looking for a supergroup based on maturity (dare I say older?) and less on leet speaking, text typing people.

If you're into roleplaying, please check out Zeta Force! We're a medium-RP superteam based in Canada who are just looking to have fun in Champions Online with a group of people who want to immerse themselves in the universe.
We're a small group of people currently but I have to say our current members are awesome. Everyone's really respectful towards each other and we are all just looking forward to playing Champions together and have fun!

I have to say a Canadian-centric group is quite intriguing to me, since I don't think I've ever been part of such a group. Canadians on the whole are great, so as I say, I'll take a gander at your page.
I'm not particularly a role player, though I am certainly agreeable to instruction on that part. Maybe it's a new level to playing an MMO that I haven't considered before.
Defenders Of Chaos will be different from many other superteams, so it is very important that you understand what you are applying for!! You must be 16yrs of age or older!!
We will be a fun team who is more concerned about having fun and enjoying the game. I believe that each member is unique and has something to add to the over all personality to the team.
Our organizational structure will be loose. There will be 1 Leader and 4 Captains. Every member has a say in how the team should operate. However, we do need to have Captains to keep things running smoothly and ultimately make the decisions on issues while taking into account the feelings of the team. If you have a problem or concern with the team, please use the chain of command by going to a Captain first. If your problem is not resolved after that, feel free to bring it to the Team Leader. Be aware that in most cases a Captains decision is final!!
We might be one of the largest teams or one of the smallest, only time will tell. Numbers don't mean a thing. Quality means everything!!

Whether you will be a casual gamer who only plays twice a week or an avid gamer who never logs off doesn't matter to us. Defenders Of Chaos is looking for people with personality! Heroes that enjoy a good laugh and love to chime in with their thoughts or jump into what the team is doing with their characters.
What we are NOT looking for:
Immature gamers - We believe that maturity does not mean we don't have fun together.
We currently have 25 plus members and are growing everyday......don't be scrambling for a super group after launch date, or a super group thats here today and gone in a week or even worse stuck with a super group run by 13yr olds!!
