Name for guild is not to be mentioned until release of CO
After much discussion with my fellow Guildmates that will be top rank.
We have come up with these ranks
Recruit - 15 --- can just participate in guild questing
Vigilante - 10 ---- can deposit from guild bank
Lawbringer - inf
Hero - inf
can deposit and withdraw from guild bank (this is if guild bank and SG bases are implimented)
Superhero - inf
Spectre - 3
Hero Commander/Battle Commander - 4
Counsel Member - 5
Counsel Parliament - 3 people
Most ranks are just for ranking up, trust, blah blah.
Heroes and Superheroes are responsible for showing up on scheduled PvP events.
Once you hit Spectre, those ranks can PvP while representing the guild by themselves (or with random people). Spectres also are above Hero Commanders and receive orders straight from parliament.
Hero Commanders can PvP just like Spectres, but also Hero Commanders have the ability of leading a group into PvP, representing the guild. They will be able to choose who they would like in their group, unless people start fighting over whom is in which group.
Counsel is strickly for discussing the SG actions, and where to take it.
Counsel Parliament has collective veto power
Ranks below Spectre, if seen representing the guild in PvP without a commander, will be kicked without notice.
This does not mean (showing the name of the guild), it means trying to recruit, or trash talk another guild, or fight other guild members cause they think their guild is better
PvP trashtalk is fine, infact go all out, just dont bring in their or our guild into it
I just realized i probably shouldnt have posted this in Champions Online Discussion, if a Dev wants to move it, go right ahead.
Additions:
Hero Commander can recruit, and rank up to Lawbringer
Counsel can rank Lawbringer to Hero and Super Hero
Counsel can rank a hero up to super if one other member agrees
Counsel Member can also suggest a Super Hero to be Ranked up to Commander to a Parliament member

Its the Capacity limit for each rank
I put a cap on Recruit because if we have more than that. that means we need to filter out ranks. should be less than 15 probably
