Mythic Background - (As found on our website)
In 1992 the city of Detroit was obliterated by Dr Destroyer as a last insult to the heroes that defeated his plans of global domination. That event shook the world and spawned many new heroes to take up the fight to protect the planet and even more villians to fill in the shoes of Dr Destroyer. One particular group of heroes called Mythic was founded from the ruins of Detroit and was there first hand in the assistance of Defender and The Champions. Currently Mythic operates in Millennium City as protectors of the city, there have been rumors that tie them to both Harmon Industries and Cambridge Biotech but nothing has been confirmed nor denied. Mythic is currently run by a hero known as Darksoul, who serves as the headmaster to the other heroes. Just recently they have started to look for more heroes to take up the fight with the sudden reappearence of Dr Destroyer.
Mythic's Summary -
Mythic is a new supergroup team created for Champions Online, we are neither casual or hardcore (but we welcome both). There will be no one thing we specialize in as this is a new game and people will want to experience all aspects of the game from PvP to PvE. We do accept RP (light-heavy) but it will not be enforced however we will NOT frown upon those who wish to do so. The structure of the supergroup is one leader and a council of four officers. Each officer will have section they are assigned to (more to come on that on launch).
The basis of Mythic is that it was created to prevent a repeat of what happened to Detroit, and while ensuring such they also aid other locations around the world when needed.

Everyone always is concerned about ranks when they join a guild/group so I'll briefly cover that for you interested people. (All titles are subject to change and most likely will!)
CO (Commanding Officer) - Darksoul
O (Officer) - Zephyr, Synnal, Shadowstorm, Omegaforce
BO (Black Ops) - (Scout/Heavy Support, Veterans of the Supergroup)
L (Legend) - (Soldier, Members of the Supergroup)
R (Rogue) - (Recruit, Trainees of the Supergroup)

Age Requirement : Players over the age of 18 prefered but not required.
