Looking for a SG

Hey all. Since its almost time for CO i thought i would try to find some folks to play with.
Currently I am looking for a casual SG that is intreasted in doing some end game. I think the best way for me is that im not looking for a SG that focuses on world first, super min-maxing, and highly competitive pvp teams.
Having said that I would like to be in an SG that does do end game (although that is not the primary focus), but when its time to, you put your game face on.
In other games I found that guilds I liked the most were the ones where the players are mature, like to have fun, enjoy helping others, and are focused (in wow speak might not have Uldar 25 hardmodes as a goal, but is intreasted in eventually clearing uldar 10).
Also im not much of a RP'er and currently have no idea what type of character i want to play (in previous MMOs iv had tanks/dps/healers/support).
I plan on trying to play a couple hours every other day or so, with more time on the weekends (dependent on wife's/son's mood).
The catch is this though. Im currently stationed overseas so I would prefer a SG that has members in various areas of the world or that has players in both US and European time zones.
