Our aim in this guild is to be considered one of the best in the Champions Online universe with our main goals being: one of the first to progress through PvE endgame completely, creating an overwhelming presence in all aspects of PvP (BASH, UTC, Apocalypse), becoming one of the wealthiest economic guilds through crafting and/or selling items unavailable to the less-progressed, and being understood to be some of the best players in the entirety of the game.
Members of the Grey League are expected to devote at least 30 hours per week in-game, and must level up quickly upon release.(Hit level cap within the first two weeks at minimum, preferably first week).
The guild will be split into different sections for more efficiency; similar to division of labor, if you will. You may choose ONE Sector to be your main focus which will grant you priority within that Sector. For example, being a Raider grants you priority in joining a PvE-raid group etc etc.
The Grey League Sectors
The Development/Economic Sector
Priority: Priority access the bank items including but not limited to: shared crafting materials, in-game currency, finished goods, item drops stored in shared bank.
D.E.S. is an entire part of the League dedicated to crafting, marketplace transactions, farming, and supplying our raiders/H.A.V.O.C sectors. Considered the backbone of the League, the D.E.S. decides on efficient crafting, market price and control of distribution.
The H.A.V.O.C. Sector
These are our monstrous Player vs Player guys and gals. These fearsome heroes are one of the many reasons our guild we be showered in glory. Dedicated to having the best tactics, setups, gear and strategies, the Rogue Heroes are the people dedicated to ensuring our dominion in the world of PvP.
The Champions Sector
The Champions Sector will be our core group of players leading the League through all aspects of end-game PvE content. This Sector will consist of 6 leaders: 2 tank leaders, 2 support team leaders, and 2 damage team leaders. All members of this sector will be required to be attentive and follow directions of the leaders in a raid setting. Each member must be well-informed of the content they will be facing as well as keeping their character maintained to achieve full potential in its main role. 90% mission attendance is required as well.
The Intelligence Sector
The Intelligence Sector will be wholly responsible in providing guidance to our characters through various means. This Sector is considered the brains of the organization, our own personal spreadsheet team. This Sector provides information on the best PvP/PvE strategies, analyzes builds as well as build synergy, and gives all sections of the League an advantage over others. If theorycrafting is your thing, this Sector is for you.
The Nightwalker Sector
This Sector is dedicated to those members able to represent the League at late hours of the night and early hours of the morning(from the NA standpoint). This Sector will mostly consist of Australian/European players and those that work strange hours of the day. This Sector is expected to fulfill the roles of every other Sector as well, and these members are the only exception to the One Sector per character rule. This Sector will have its own set of leaders, and will play a major role in the Leagues image and progression.
REMEMBER: Sectors only establish your characters main focus and does not limit you to only participating in those activities. A diverse system and separation of functions allows a guild to work much more effectively and allows its members to do what they prefer instead of a guild leader declaring roles for them.
This guild is dedicated only to the hardcore players. Each player is expected to participate on Ventrillo as well as in guild forums and other activities. We will have a website dedicated to strategies, formulas, PvP and PvE raiding guides, submitted either by our Intelligence Sector or current members. If a member of the League finds he/she requires help, it is imperative that you do what you can to help.

We enforce a strict 18+ age restriction policy for various reasons including assuring competency, the allowance of mature topics/language, and higher expected in-game skill.
There will be no drama between members of the League, whether on the guild forums, in-game chat, or any third party. I do encourage competition between one another as well as outsiders. Just keep the drama between guildies to a low, or action will be taken to have you removed from the League.
Ventrillo use is required by all members of the Grey League, regardless of Sector.
There will be leaders for each Sector, if you feel you have enough time and dedication to fulfill one of these positions. Send me a message with which position you are interested in and your qualifications. Previous leadership positions in other MMOs are always a plus!
If we feel as a whole feel you are not up to par with the rest of the guild in skill, dedication, or maturity. We will not hesitate to remove you from the League.
Who Am I:
I am a current college student majoring in Business Management-Information Systems. I have played video games since I was 4 years old(started with a SNES and Super Mario). I have had MMO experience for about 6 years now and really enjoy this genre of game. Although I spend a LOT of time in front of the computer, I practice healthy living habits like working out, eating healthy, etc etc and expect the same from my guild mates. I obviously cant enforce this but healthy players have more endurance and energy. I am starting my third year of college and with me having to devote time to my studies, Im looking for a co-guild leader or two! Any other questions? Just Ask.
