1. When was your guild first established, and was the guild started specifically for champions online or does the guild have an online presence in other games?
--We Where founded by myself and a few friends back in 1998 or 1999 hmm for UO, we have online presence in alot of games as where a gaming community.
2. What kind of image do you want your guild to portray? (ie. the most elite, family/friends orientated, end-game pursuit, casual players, etc)
--Most Elite PVPers, Pirates, Mercs Although my guys will be running multiple accounts and be crafting with secondary accounts while our mains pvp

3. To get a better overview of your guild how would you rate the importance of the follow gaming aspects. (ie. PvP = ***** out of 5 stars)

-As a PVPer and Hardcore crafter i understand to wage war you need industry hence muffins are always hardcore with multiple accounts doing simultaneous harvesting, crafting, and pvp

--Long Term Goal is to do whatever it takes to make the members happy
5. How is your guild structured? (ie. Ranks, Special Groups, etc)

--We dont mind however you may not talk **** you gank-pk all you want but try to remain silent about it, let the crybaby make a fool of himself as a talks smack to find he gets no responses.
--No ress spawn camping unless they are a smalk talker or where at war with them.
7. Does your guild encourage roleplaying, and if so what level of RP is required?
We don't encourage it but don't mind if member do, However SWTOR is coming out and many might dabble in it for the first time and see how it goes.

9. What are you looking for in a potential member?
--Willing to use ventrilo, Love Hardcore crafters to support our primary directive of PVP. Looking for Loyalty that is very important as we are a multi gaming community. We want people to stay with our gaming community for years to come.
10. How many active members does your guild have and approximately how many of those members are active?
--45+ All interested in MO, Darkfall will take 6months if not a year to fix so Star Trek, MO, jumpgate, and SWTOR and play various mmorpgs under our clan tag
11. Does your guild have a member cap? If so, how many members would you like to see in the guild eventually?
--We do have a member cap, however we don't let idiots in so wont be much a problem. We only Recruit as many people as it takes to get the job done in whatever game where playing. Getting the job done makes our members happy so in essence we only recruit as much as it takes to make our members happy.

--We have an age limit but we talk to all recruits on vent before making a decision.
13. What types of communication does your guild provide to enhance interaction between members of your guild both in and out of the game?
--Ventrilo voice communication, we are also established ojn XFIRE
14. Tell us a little about your gaming experience and your role as a guild leader?
--My gaming Experience started with ultime online, went to EQ then EVE Online, then to Vanguard Saga of Heros till sony ruined it, Neocron 2, Lineage2, RF Online, Age of Conan, Warhammer, WOW, many others on and off in 11yrs. As a Guild Leader i prity much do everything while i game with good guys they prity much never help with recruitment or anything other then group leading. I do web development such as Guild Homepage and many other guild sites over the years. Would Def enjoy new members who enjoy web development and don't mind help recruiting and interested in fighting for the same clan name for years to come.
15. What are your secrets to keeping everyone in the guild motivated and working as a team?
--I game with some hardcore guys who run multiple accounts to cover all game aspects, i dont have to keep them motivated. I do however have to keep myself motivated as guild management is a pain in the arse lol.
--Always looking for other people willing to help with Guild Leadership and Establish Muffin Factory Chapters in other games where id make them an official muffin factory site to help manage it.

--Everyone has a guild name like Super Bad@ss Panthers Destruction Omega Nuclear Explosion of Super Coolness.
--My guild name Muffin Factory has stood out for 11yrs in many mmorpgs as the pro pvpers out there. We are very easy to remember and are a familiar face in many MMORPGS and games,
--We all have our unique names but we all yet have same last names, Of course we have picked up non muffinmen named gamers over the years. We are loyal you don't see many guys gaming together for 11yrs.

When you get killed by guys with Fruity names all you can think of is i hate those Fruity F@gs, Ganking people with names like ours in a guild named like ours ****ed people off and while its weird we enjoy making people mad :-). Killing a 16yr old kid with a name like xXxSuperBaDxXx stupid X's an weird symbol you'd never remember is what we take pleasure in. Those guys with X names and weird Symbols want to be remembered and be unique but they are not because every 16yr old kid has a stupid name like that.

We are looking for quality players who are dedicated to group activity. If you are not willing to use Ventrilo Voice Communication Software for Coordinated Gameplay and Teamwork then this is not the Gaming Community For you.
One of our requirements is that our members use vent. Typing in a game loses valuable time to coordinate attacks or react to incoming enemies. Voice chat is instant, and you can tell when a group is well-coordinated vs. a group who staggers all over. We are aware that people have real-life commitments. Many of our members attend universities, and have jobs. We can work around this to accommodate you.
