Okay, so, I suck at introduction threads. Even for a guild.
This super-team is lead by Commander Ryouko, who used to attend the ACADEMY (I really recommend this group. It's great, despite the falling out we had.), before he was called away for a classified assignment off-planet. Trivium, my alternate character here, also left for this assignment. No reason was given, but he was not assigned back to the ACADEMY at any point, during which a year has passed since he left. Because of this, he chose to form a team of hand-picked people to join him in the defense of Earth. Some would require additional training, while others were experienced veterans, perhaps more than he was.
Basically, I need people to surround myself with. People who won't just abandon me at the drop of a hat. No, that's not in reference to anyone, and these and the following comments shouldn't be taken as an insult toward people who may feel that it targets them. I don't require you to say 'please' and 'thank you' with your requests and any help anyone gives. I see these as tools society uses to control people so that they can feel better about themselves. While some disputes may need to be resolved by myself, I will not intervene if it results in a solution on its own.
Also, right now, I need people to assist me in leadership. People who know how to run a military-style organization. Like if you ran or run a clan on America's Army or some other shooter game. I can't do this by myself, you know.
Goals. We try to bring peace, in all things. Kinda sounds familiar, but then the Altair are aliens. We'll be not just completing missions and roleplaying in-game, but also helping other people ('newbs') with their missions outside our organization. Currently, I don't have any specific goals for us, but the general idea is that we are at home in disaster areas as well as in the city, and we will be assisting with police and military forces around the world to destroy the organizations of villainy, such as VIPER and others like them. When the forces of evil call us into other planes and perhaps even other planets, we will follow. But, I am not allowed to reveal where we already operate. The forum staff is watching us. We don't leave dangerous people alive, even if we could get information out of them. If we do get information out of them, they still must leave this existence. We do not trust 'prisons', even Stronghold, to hold them, after certain recent incidents.

More info on goals for this team?
Seriously, it shows your maturity that you would still recommend us after the split!!
Hopefully the altair can have a stronger established lore
And as for that question, the orbital ion cannon is the biggest one we have. Can't use it on Earth though, the radius is too big.
