Twilight Watch - New RP Superteam Forming

Since the dawn of civilization, there has always been conflict. Many battles have been fought across centuries for a countless number of reasons, spilling the blood of many. But what if you could end an entire war with a single stroke of your blade? A solitary gunshot? What if you could kill one, to save the lives of thousands? Would you be up to the task?
Over a thousand years ago, a group of warrior monks banded together under the idea that one could halt unnecessary bloodshed by killing the right individuals. Together, they formed a group of benevolent assassins. These men willingly travel a darker path to restore order to a world filled with chaos. Word of their deeds eventually met the ears of many, and their influence spread across the globe as their numbers grew.
Since its formation, their order has, to at least some degree, been involved in every major conflict to take place in the last thousand years. The assassins currently have chapters all over the globe operating independently of one another. The Millennium City chapter has dedicated itself to ridding the city of those who prey upon the innocent by targeting the upper echelons of the criminal element.
The war against villainy is not one of conventional means, but the principle is the same. If the head is severed, the body will inevitably fall.
General Info:
We are a newly forming medium-heavy RP Superteam. The general concept is that our group is a millennium old order of warriors, assassins and vigilantes who want nothing more than to bring peace to the world, even if they must walk a darker path to do so. The group is intended for anti-hero/vigilante types, or at least those who believe that putting people behind bars isnt always enough.
Basically building this from the ground up, so heres what were looking for:
-Officers: Planning on structuring the group to have at least three major divisions based on a heros origin/specialty, each with their own leader. Help running things is welcome as well, so if youre interested, let us know.
-Players: 18 years or older, due to mature themes. Preferably RPers, but those expressing at least an interest are more than welcome as well. If its something new to you, no big deal if youre willing to give it a shot. If youve been doing it for forever and a day ago, more power to you.
-Heroes: Only requesting that you fit the theme of the group of some degree. Outside of that, any power set or origin is welcome. As I mentioned earlier, the group will likely be divided into different divisions based on hero specialty.
If youre interested in joining leave a brief post describing your character. General comments are also welcome. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Wearing garb from the wild west David Nash a.k.a "Dead Man" is a soft-spoken man with nerves of steel, he has survived countless gunfights due to his extraordinary patience and resolute manner. He is regarded to have one deadliest pistol shot alive as well as being a man of great courage. ( still a work in progress but im interested in your group. I am a 19 year old male from california and i am intrested in your group. I plan on playing the game on PC )
I definately like what you have so far for your character concept. One can never go wrong with a western gunslinger.
I guess for now, just keep an eye on the recruitment thread.
On another note, my ADD-ness is suggesting we need a better name.
After 10 seconds of thinking I think I want to go for some kind of intelligence gathering angle...
For now, here's the dude I plan on using as a leaderish sort. Concept isn't 100% finished, but it's about there.

I saw your write up for this group and would love a chance to join up with you guys. My concept for a charactor is alittle sketchy at best for now. I should have a more filled out idea in a couple of days.

Hawkeye Dynasty Training: Stealth, Infiltration, Elite Perception
Origin: Back in the Early days.....HawkeyeRuin Li emporer of the Hawkeye Dynasty made war with Rishio Khan. Although the dynasty were proved to be Elite Ninja Warriors, they were no match for Rishio and his henchmen. Fearing the death's of his daughter and son, he planned to send them to an unknown world hoping they would be kept safe from harm. During the plan of escape Rishio's henchmen raided the ship and captured Suyan Li, Ryu Li's twin sister. Ryu being the only known survivor some how ended up in Millennium City. An old English widow by the name of Sarah Dawson found baby Ryu during a fishing trip. He was barely alive. She and her close friend took him in, and raised him. Being he seemed to possess such brute strength as a child, she named the baby Jaxson Dawson after her late husband who died trying to save their lives in a burning apartment building. Through out Jack's childhood he began having nightmares of the night his sister was captured, and sought out and old gypsy who could help him re-kindle his past. Jack began having flash backs of the events, and soon learned his sister was not dead. Rishio had killed the rest of his family and raised his sister as his own. At age 16 Jack began visiting the local libraries and reading up on any and everything he could find about his ancestors. He eventually stumbled upon an old Hawkeye Monk by the name of Kio Mishu who had also survive the raid. Kio began training Jack in the art form of the Hawkeye Dynasty. By age 21, Jack was ready to move on and seek out the people who killed his family. He made a trip back to Japan in search of the people responsible only to find that his sister was now the leader of the Khan Dynasty and had been trained since 5yrs old in the ways of their teachings. Jack pleading with her to see the truth fell at the hands of his sister. Jack survived the fight and was able to flee back to the only home he had ever known. Soon after he began once again sharpening his skills under Kio's teachings.One day when Jack was 23yrs old, Kio was killed. The markings left on his body were signs the Suyan had followed Jack to Millennium City. Shortly after innocent people began dying at the hands of Su and her henchmen. Jack could not stand by and let his sister continue on her raid. Taking up the tradition of his father's Dynasty he began going by the alias HawkeyeJin which comes from the founder, and also his great-great grandfather Jinyon Li. Armed with the teachings of the Hawkeye Dynasty, and his ability to handle a nice set of handguns. HawkeyeJin has taken an oath to protect the City from his sisters evil gang, and put a stop to the organized crime once and for all.

I believe I would be interested in joining as well. I went to the website for Millennium Universe and didn't notice a place for an application. I'm not sure how to go about applying but after reading your intro to the group I can say that I would enjoy developing a character for it.

Sorry about that, it's completely my fault as I am still working on getting the structure of the groups up! I will be notifying prospective group leaders of the application process to join your favored group. You should be seeing that the groups that compose the Millennium Universe will have opening arms in just a few short hours!
The application forms are up and you will be able to do so soon, but it is very simple. As long as you follow a few simple rules and respect others, we welcome everyone! You can join individually, but as I see you are interested in the Twilight Watch, one of our charter groups, you can just join them, and feel welcome to post as a member of the Twilight Watch. Also, we encourage you to take a look at our Character Tracker thread, give some thoughts about everyones' characters, and post a tracker on your own character, letting us know what kind of badassery they will be getting up to! Again, sorry for intruding on the TW thread, X!

Origin: Spiro is the majority owner of Glyph Enterprises and privately owned Greco-American military R&D corporation. Upon gaining total market ownership of the company he installed himself at the lead researcher. His favorite subject for all new upgrades being himself. Currently he is over 1/3 mechanical cybernetics.
With enhanced reflexes, training, and a nearly unlimited supply of arms and equipment, Spiro is a sudden and often quiet death for any who would stand against freedom and the country he loves. Little is known about his past before taking control of the formerly Greek company, moved to the states after earning his ownership. Some speculate that he was a genius roboticist, while others claim he was a Black Ops assassin and sniper. Wherever he's from the information has been virtually erased and he's offering no comments.
Seems like an interesting sorta fella you got there. Not sure if a public identity suits a secret society of assassin types though, but whatevs.
Anyway, head on over to the MU board (see the link on the first page) and introduce yourself. Do try to avoid being sacrified to the volcano god, mmmkay? You'll see what I mean when you get there.
