[Interaction Bug] Singularity Bomb & Onslaught Villains

BUG: Singularity Bomb, when used against Onslaught Villain players, appears to have its AoE knock component work against non tagged, non hostile players. Please fix.
Context: Despite not being tagged for Battling Supervillains, my character (Oculo) is knocked towards the main onslaught target by this power.
He should not be affected unless this was a team PVP situation and he was on the opposing team.
