Well, there's not much reason to have two heavy single-target attacks like DW and DC. I suppose you could use one for Rush and the other at R3 for the main attack, though. I'm also not sure what help Thundering Kicks can supply here, since neither DC nor DW is Crushing dmg for TK's Demolish adv.

Here's an example build that tries to mix in attacks from all four MA sets, w/ Unarmed still supplying the main attack (at least for single-targets):

(Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Melee Damage)

Level 12: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 15: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)
Level 18: Martial Focus (Str: 5, Dex: 5)
Level 21: Physical Conditioning (Str: 5, Con: 5)

For single-targets, use TKicks to apply/refresh Demolish, and use charged BCF as your main attack. For AoE, Sword Cyclone can rope enemies in a wide AoE, while you can keep using Sword Cyclone or follow-up w/ Crimson Bloom (fully channel the latter if you want its full dmg shield, or refresh its channel early if you want more dmg from it), and TKicks also has a cleave component. For either AoE or single-target, you can charge DC for Rush's extra energy. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con.
